Abstract

A cell, an organ, or the whole organism ages with time. Every adult living thing does it for the rest of their lives. The biological, physiological, environmental, psychological, behavioral, and social processes that alter as we become older.

One of the many changes that come with getting older is gray hair. Some contribute to a decline in daily activities and sensory function, as well as an increase in the chances and severity of disease, weakness, or impairment.

There is no one age that everyone agrees on for when someone is considered an older worker. Most studies have focused on people over the age of 55, although some have also looked at those over the age of 45 or 65.

No matter what kind of diversity is being spoken about, there are levels of complexity. Ageism is a common problem. Unfortunately, the problems that come with age and aging in the workplace are not being dealt with. This has led to continued problems with managing talent, a reduction in employee belonging, and discrimination. There is a lot of proof of ageism at work
