Abstract

ChatGPT got more than a million subscribers in the first week after it was made available to the public on November 30, 2022. The generative AI tool ChatGPT shocked the world with how well it could do really complicated jobs. ChatGPT's amazing ability to do difficult tasks in the field of education has made teachers feel both excited and worried.

This new AI technology seems to change the way education is done. This is an exploratory study that looks at recent research to find some possible pros and cons of using ChatGPT to help with teaching and learning. ChatGPT has many benefits, such as encouraging personalized and interactive learning, coming up with prompts for formative assessment activities that give continuing feedback to help with teaching and learning, and more.

The research also talks about some of the ChatGPT's built-in problems, like giving out erroneous information, training data that is biased, which could make existing biases worse, privacy difficulties, and so on. The study gives suggestions on how to use ChatGPT to make teaching and learning as good as they can be. Researchers, policymakers, educators, and technology experts could all work together and talk about how these new generative.
