Abstract
One of the most essential things to do to make sure an organization works well is to get people to commit to it. This is because dedicated workers may help the company do better. The literature study indicates a scarcity of data about organizational commitment within the education sector. This research seeks to investigate the impact of three factors—employee empowerment, collaboration, and employee training—on organizational commitment within the setting of Malaysian higher education. To achieve the specified purpose, data were gathered using an online survey administered to 242 staff at public institutions in northern Malaysia. We used SPSS and structural equation modeling (SEM) to look at the data we had. The results showed that giving employees more control had a big beneficial influence on their dedication to the firm. The impact of cooperation on organizational commitment was shown to be both positive and statistically significant. Finally, the results showed that educating employees had a big beneficial influence on their dedication to the company. These results are anticipated to provide valuable recommendations for management in the higher education sector to enhance organizational commitment among workers by emphasizing empowerment, training, and cooperation.
