Abstract
Examining the connection between corporate sustainability, business model innovation, and the fundamental organizational principles is the aim of this article. The study also looks at the relationship between company financial success and the three aspects. It is determined that businesses with creative business models are more likely to deal with corporate sustainability, and that firms that are based on principles of discretion and flexibility tend to have both corporate sustainability and business model innovation. Thus, it seems that the core values that underpin the organization are the source of both business model innovation and corporate sustainability. Furthermore, the research discovers a favourable correlation between financial success and the fundamental values of the organization. The survey results of 492 managers in the Swedish fashion sector served as the basis for the paper's analysis.
