Design, technique, and strategy The 642 workers of Parador Hotels & Resorts in Indonesia made up the study population. The Slovin algorithm was used to calculate the sample size, and 200 workers were taken into account for the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) sample. Up to 179 surveys were received and sent for examination. The sampling approach used was proportionate stratified sampling, and the accidental sampling method was utilized to identify the sample components. Descriptive statistics and SEM-Partial Least Square were used as the analytical techniques in this research. The IBM Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (IBM SPSS) Statistics 22.0 software and the WarpPLS 3.0 program were utilized. According to the findings, job satisfaction is positively and significantly impacted by the work environment, leadership style, and organizational culture; however, employee performance is only positively and significantly impacted by the leadership style. Employee performance is neither significantly and favorably impacted by job satisfaction, nor is it a mediating factor. Originality/value: The results show that leaders, in this instance the general manager (gm), play a crucial role in the hotel business. Organizational culture and work happiness cannot be attained without a top-notch gm.
