Abstract

The aim of this study is to provide a framework for comprehending, forecasting, and managing the determinants influencing employee engagement within the public sector of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The article analyzes studies on employee engagement and presents a conceptual framework for practitioners to enhance employee involvement and drive organizational development and sustainability. Based on the literature review, a framework for employee engagement was created. It shows how employee motivation connects leaders, teams, perceived organizational support, and organizational culture. The employee engagement model shown in this research is very applicable within the public sector in the UAE. Additional empirical research is necessary to determine the impact of the suggested framework and hypotheses. The research integrates factors influencing employee engagement into a framework that practitioners may use to find strategies for engaging and retaining talented individuals for the benefit of enterprises. This study presents a thorough framework that enhances the understanding of employee engagement and aids both practitioners and academics in identifying the fundamental reasons of disengagement inside firms.
